BIG HOUSE POLICY
Two-night minimum
Holiday / Event weekends require a three-night stay 50% deposit due at reservation (Visa, MC) and balance due on arrival
In the event of a cancellation:
* Two weeks’ prior notification - A full refund, minus $50.00 service charge.
* All late cancellations (within two weeks of reserved date) - Forfeit full deposit
Our insurance prohibits:
* Smoking
* Pets
Only registered guests allowed on upper floors, or in rooms:
Check-in time: 3 PM Check-out time: 11 AM
We will be happy to accommodate late arrivals. Please notify us prior to your arrival date.
